Requirements

PedCath 8.2.2 or later is required.

How to install the latest billing codes for use with PedCath

1) Determine the location of your PedCath network folder (Click Here For Instructions.)

2) Download and Install the new database:

Click Here to download a self-extracting archive containing the latest Billing Code database files.
When the download is complete, run billcode.exe.
Follow the instructions and when asked, browse for (or type in) the location of the PedCath network folder as was determined above.

3) For versions of PedCath 8 prior to 8.5.9: In these versions PedCath does not sync the billing code files to the local data folder. To manually sync the billing codes to the local workstations, copy billcode.dbf and billcode.nsx from the network folder to the local data folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Scientific Software\Data\

FYI: Note that the codes may be installed safely in the network folder even if PedCath is currently running on multiple workstations. When the codes are placed on the network they are used as a "Master Set" that is copied to each client workstation when PedCath is loaded.
